BICYCLE SPACE CLASSES at 459 I Street NW (in Mount Vernon Triangle)

Thursdays January 26th, February 2nd and February 9th from 7:10pm-8pm: These Mixed-Level drop-in classes will help you get your workout in and beat the Winter Blues.
Hooping just 10 minutes can burn 50-100 calories. Learn the foundational moves of hooping (waist hooping, hip hooping, walking while hooping). Then we will advance to moves like arm hooping and chest hooping. In class you will use an adult size, weighted hoop that makes it easy to learn. Bring water and your own hoop (if you have one). Hoops will also be available for you to use during class.
Class is donation based.

If you pre-order a hoop, Granetta will bring it to class for pickup.

These classes are great for people who have never hooped before and for those who want to polish their foundational skills and advance to chest and thigh hooping.
