Two Thousand and Ten - Year of the Spin 01/01/2010
I did the first spins of the year in my living room. Just a few isolations and later in the afternoon, I headed to the gym where I can spin without many space restrictions. I enjoyed 90 minutes of hooping. One of my resolutions this year is to spin everyday. Hence my title for this year - "Year of the Spin." Add Comment Blizzard Hooping 12/27/2009
